TERMS &
CONDITIONS
1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these terms.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
Flux Movement Practice may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Customers that would like to request a refund should email hello@fluxmovementpractice.com with as much detail and information as possible about their purchase and experience. We will get back to you as soon as we can about your situation.
Orders may be cancelled if the request is processed on time for physical products. Digital products, as they are sent to you immediately through email, cannot be cancelled after the purchase has been processed. If you would like to cancel your order, you must send us an email as soon as possible, and before you receive a shipping notification. Once you receive a shipping notification, this means that your order has been fulfilled and no longer can be cancelled.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed, prepared, and shipped within 1 week of the order date. You will receive a notice to the email provided when your order has been shipped.
Any physical products requiring shipping from our store are shipped through Canada Post. Once the product has been put in the hands of the postal office, it is out of our control. We ask that you are patient and allow for up to two weeks for your order to arrive, especially during busier times. Shipping rates are subject to change.
Generally, shipping times are:
Within Canada: 3-5 days
To the US: 5-10 days
Internationally: 5-14 days
Depending on your country, you may owe further tax, import fees or duty on the products your purchased that are not included in the shipping rates Flux Movement Practice charges. You are charged only for the transit of the product through our store.
Digital products are delivered to customers through the email provided at checkout. If you had an issue receiving your order, please check your spam folder. If you input the incorrect information, or still haven’t received an email confirmation, please contact us at hello@fluxmovementpractice.com.
4. Security and Privacy
We collect only basic information from customers in order to process payment for your order: your name, email address, and address. Information is stored securely using our Wix back end system, and is never shared with other parties. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access your personal information. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company of any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product requested by the customer. If you are concerned about the information we collect and store, please contact us.
Addresses and payment information is collected using our third party payment processing system, PayPal. Please review their user agreement here. Flux Movement Practice cannot access your personal bank or credit card information. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before orders are processed and delivered. PayPal is used to process all payments on our website. Until a payment is confirmed to be paid in full, we will not release your order. All payments are made through secure encryption on PayPal and Wix Store’s networks.
We require a correct billing address for processing all orders. Incorrect information may result in an order being declined.
We charge 11% GST+PST on all orders, as per tax requirements in Saskatchewan, Canada.
6. Billing Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
7. Limit of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Flux Movement Practice, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
