Flux is a practice and research driven approach to movement and athletics. Through our ever evolving practice, we take the body/mind off auto-pilot in order to facilitate awareness of our bodies in and through movement.

 

Flux aims to bring to the body qualities of physical spontaneity, an ease in everyday movement, and a feeling of aliveness.
